A message from spirit about coronavirus

I live in the region of the United States that is ground zero for the Coronavirus outbreak. I’ve watched as panic, hording of supplies and anxiety go through the roof.  I see what living in a fearful state does to people and community.  I’m trying to make sense of all this just like everyone else I know.

One of the ways I manage my stress and practice good selfcare is through meditation.  So, while meditating
this week I asked my guides to help me try to make sense of all this.  I would like to share their response with you all.  Hopefully it helps but at the very least perhaps it will help you put a little perspective on things during this tumultuous time.

Why a pandemic now and why have it start in the Seattle area for the US?

This is a time when your planet’s overall energy vibration is rising.  Rising vibrations cause great swings for the people.  This causes a lot of unrest and strife for those who are not ready or able to rise to the new vibration.  You see this in your world political environment, work, weather and financial systems.  This can also cause illness.  This is a great reset for the human race.

There are lessons and gifts in this time for those who are willing to open.  The new world energy brings different and more holistic ways to work and do business.  You are already seeing this in the businesses
that allow workers to work from home and continue to pay their employees even when they don’t have work for them.  They see that there are new and more enlightened ways to be a company.  Their workers too see that remote work gives them the things all humans long for, more time with family, more autonomy over
their work and more freedom. 

What about the businesses that can’t offer remote work like hospitals and grocery stores?

Many of those businesses have found ways to value and take care of their workers that is also more enlightened and compassionate.  The real lesson is to practice compassion and understanding, which helps raise your vibration.

Why Seattle?

Seattle is viewed as the ‘new’ high tech hub as well as one of the strongest economic areas for the United States.  Spirit knows that people easily dismiss any messages we send unless it is so blatant and obvious that it can not be ignored.  Every country on your Earth has a different set of lessons and gifts from this but look closely to see the pattern.  It’s there if you open to it.

But why send something that kills people and scares so many?

You will not like hearing this, but one of the gifts is a planetary exit for anyone who doesn’t want to experience the new Earth energy.  Remember death is not an end for anyone as we are all beings of light and return to Source.

You’re right I don’t like hearing that because I know it causes so much suffering for the family left behind so couldn’t there have been something else instead that accomplished the same thing without all the suffering?

We could have sent a large-scale natural disaster but many more would have exited with that.  As we said we had to send something so big you could not ignore or spin it. You humans would also have tried to get back to ‘normal’ as quickly as possible with a natural disaster instead of seeing that there is a new, different way to be on Earth.  This was the perfect thing sent at the perfect time.  This is ushering in a new era on Earth, it’s nothing to fear.

So how do we live in this new era?

Easy, you live your life in an open energized way.  Treat each other with compassion and kindness, practice selfcare and self-love. Speak your truth and live it too.  Embrace your truth, that you are a wonderful, miraculous child of god and make the most of this earthly existence.

I did take some comfort in these words and I hope you do to.  Through my spiritual practices I have learned to live more comfortably with uncertainty and even find moments of serenity.  This pandemic has tested that
like nothing else, but I am going to take Spirit’s advice and continue to practice self-care and self-love so that I can be there for family, friends and clients.
