This monthly gathering is for experienced meditators and beginners alike. Each month we will explore something different in meditation. We could send healing to the planet, explore Divine Oneness, bask in universal love, or whatever feels important and right to explore that month.
Group meets on the 1st Saturday of the month at 9am Pacific, 10am Mountain, 11am Central, Noon Eastern, 9pm GMT via Google Meet. Cost per session is only $8.88*

Initially, I was nervous to join a meditation group as a beginner, however, Jessie creates a warm, inviting, and safe space for everyone. She sets the intention at the beginning of the session and debriefs with everyone after. It was during the debrief that I realized how comfortable she made me feel within the group. There was no judgement, only support. I'm looking forward to next month's session.
